No To guarantee the quality of the diagnosis process the list should be restrictive so that the team can only include people from that list. Examples and "Could" implies all of those people are optional. |

Arbitrary terms such as "functioning levels". Functioning levels in an individual fluctuate so some dats a person may not "seem that autistic" and would be denied services aimed at what people would class as low functioning. |

It should happen all the time. Our understanding of autism is constantly updating, raising awareness every three years can result in out of date information being out there for prolonged periods of time. |

The Bill will be good for people. Currently the services you receive as an autistic individual can literally be dependant on the good will of the professional you are dealing with. This Bill will standardise the process and make it fair. |
